The business division of Biolan Microbiosensores is divided into three differents areas: Enological Area, Agro-food Area and Bio-health Area.

Enological Area

The development of the Biolan method through Enzymatic Biosensors for the detection of molecules of interest which are keys in the process of wine elaboration. Gluconic Acid, Malic Acid, Fructose, Glucose, Histamines, Ocratoxine.

Agro-fOOD area

Future development of Enzymatic Biosensors for the agro-food industry, as for example the biosensors for the detection of different biogenic amines and pathogenic like Listeria or Salmonella through the immunosensors technology.

Bio-health area

Through the detection of disease markers in differents substrates. Biolan will specialize in the health field , begining with the ophtalmological field and the cardiological field.
